- Description
Confident Kids
Ages 5-8
Led by a licensed professional counselor, this engaging, movement-based social-emotional learning class is designed specifically for homeschooled kids who are looking to build their emotional intelligence, independent skills, and confidence in their ‘big kid era’!
Through movement, games, visuals, role plays, and other play-based activities, students will build the following essential skills:
Identify and understand their emotions
Listen to their bodies and recognize triggers
Manage big feelings in healthy, productive ways
Step outside their comfort zones with independence and courage
Speak up for their needs with confidence
We create a supportive environment where students feel safe to play, speak up, take chances, and make mistakes — because that’s where real growth happens. Activities are engaging, movement-based, and age-appropriate, helping students discover their strength and confidence in real time.
