Fitness & Team Games (ages 8-12)

This energetic class helps students build strength, coordination, and confidence through fun fitness challenges and team-based games. Each week includes a short warm-up, a movement challenge, and one or two cooperative group games. Activities focus on teamwork, strategy, and movement, rather than complicated sports rules, making the class welcoming for students with a wide range of athletic experience.

The emphasis is on participation, effort, and encouraging one another. Students should come dressed to move and ready for an active class No prior sports experience is needed, and activities will be adjusted to meet each child where they are. Classes will be held outdoors when the weather allows.
