In this interactive session, students will discover the history of timekeeping and the calendar that we use today and strengthen their reading of analog clocks while practicing common ways time is discussed (think “quarter to” and “half past”).
In What Time Is It? for students 11-14, extra emphasis will be placed on practicing time management through games and activities with a focus on time awareness. By the end of our session together, students will also have painted and assembled their own working analog clocks to take home!
A $5 supplies fee (offsets the cost of clock making supplies).
